WHEN YOUR CAR DISAPEARS IN THE MIDDLE OF MANHATTAN

so we finally arrive after our alarm mishap this morning.
fittings begin at 10 am
and my flight doesnt arrive until 11 .UPSTATE.
after the three hour hike we finaly make it to time square.
So Tommy and I are sititng  in crown plaza playing the waiting game for the designers to fit all models.
Tommy's phone dies, so he decides to run to the car to grap chargers and re-up the meter.
mean while im chatting it up with some very swell persian man about filmograpgy and BTS OF NYFW.  The persian man was seriously making me want to uproot to manhattan.
Then tommy rushes back in the the lobby stating" we have a problem"
MY heart immediatly sank
1st thought: the car is gone
2nd thought: I have not fitted my gowns!
3rd thought: these shoes are not meant for walking!
we hop up and search for towing information(becuase nothing was left)
At this time im reeling because im missing out on my dreams of walking in NYFW..
16 blocks and 189 dollars later, we finally got our car back from NYPD TOW.
Apparently parking an SUV in a commercial parking space is illegal. WAY TO GO TO TOMMY!
so of course I give my designer a play by play of whats happenning.
and he tells me 
he saved me two gowns and to come to out the Launch party!
ANDRES AQUINO IS AMAZING!
lesson learned.
today we are taking the train!
